SM City Tarlac was opened to the public on April 30, 2010 after almost 2 years of planning and construction. It has four (4) levels and, with its contemporary design, is envisioned to be a landmark in the area. Its exteriors are built with colored metal cladding. The glass portion on the sides of the skylight allows natural light to flow into the mall without the creation of heat. A scenic elevator will give shoppers a breathtaking view of the mall’s different levels.
